Here is exactly how we handle your order from the moment you click “Buy” to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Sourcing & Quality Control (The “Pre-Shipment” Phase)

This is the most critical step, and it is where we differ from most others in this industry.

  • Direct Manufacturer Access: Unlike many sellers who act as middlemen without ever seeing the product, we work directly with factories we have partnered with for years. In an industry where supply chains can be opaque due to strict regulations, this direct access is rare.
  • Why This Matters to You: Many sellers never see the item they sell you; they simply forward an order to a warehouse. This means the customer often discovers quality issues before the seller does. We don’t operate that way. We physically handle the goods.
  • The “QC” Ritual: Before any item ships, it must pass our inspection. We take detailed photos and videos of the actual item prepared for you. Our support team will send these to you for confirmation. We do not ship until you say “Yes.” This ensures there are no surprises when you open the box.

2. Smart Logistics Selection

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

However, “Free” does not mean “Slow” or “Unsafe.” Because international shipping regulations can be complex for our specific category of goods, we do not rely on a single carrier. Instead, we use a smart routing system based on your specific destination to ensure both safety and speed.

We select the best route for your country from our trusted partners:

  • DHL Germany Express: Our preferred route for many EU destinations. Packages are routed through Germany for smoother customs clearance before final delivery.

  • Euro-Express Direct: A direct, fast line for specific European countries with favorable import protocols.
  • Euro-Special Line (Economy): Covers a broader range of European regions. It takes about 3 days longer than the Express option but offers higher delivery success rates for harder-to-reach areas.
  • US Special Line: A dedicated fast lane for North American customers, with final mile delivery handled by UPS.

3. Timeline

  • Processing & QC: 1-2 days (depending on how quickly you confirm the QC photos).
  • Transit Time: Typically 7-12 days after the package is handed over to the carrier.

Note: While we strive for speed, our priority is package safety and product quality. If a route requires a few extra days to ensure smooth customs clearance, we will always choose the safer option for you.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding in these rare instances. If you have any concerns, our customer service team is always ready to assist.
